A. Yes, we carry a huge variety of high quality products to fit anyone's budget.
Q. How much will it cost for an estimate?
A. We offer FREE in-home, no hassle consultations in the Treasure Valley Area.
Q. How long will my estimate take?
A. An estimate can take anywhere from 1/2 hour to 2 hours depending on how many windows you
have and what products you decide on. We will take as much time as our customer
needs.
Q. Will your company provide several quotes for different product options?
A. Yes, our company works for you. We will provide as many quotes as our
customer requests.
Q. How long will my order take?
A. Blinds generally take 2 weeks and shutters take about 5-6 weeks.
Q. Do you offer professional installation?
A. Yes, our installers are very professional and have many years of experience.

Q. Do you offer warranties on your window coverings?
A. Products are covered under our Limited Lifetime Warranty to the original purchaser
against defect in materials, workmanship and installation of the product.
Q. How do your prices compare to other window covering companies?
A. We take pride in our ability to offer the lowest prices on all products. We even
recommend you call us for an estimate before you buy blinds from your local home
improvement stores.
Q. Why do you not have a showroom?
A. Treasure Valley Shutters and Blinds believes bringing the showroom to our customers
saves them a lot of time. We can color match, measure and place their order faster this
way. Plus, it is a HUGE savings we can pass down to our customers since we do not have
that overhead expense. We will bring color samples, books and displays to our customers
home so they can finally have some time to just relax.
Q. What are your times of operation?
A. Monday-Saturday, 8am to 8pm. We can arrange appointments at a different time if
needed.
Q. What payment methods do you except?
A. Cash, Check, Visa and MasterCard. Depending on the product ordered
will determine the percentage that will need to be put down to place the
order and the other portion will be due at the time of installation.
Q. Can I have you install the blinds I bought somewhere else?
A. Yes, we will gladly install your blinds at a reasonable fee. We also do repairs.
Q. If I am interested in motorized blinds will a representative show me my options?
A. Yes, we specialize in motorization and would be more then happy to show you all your
options.
